Please show your name as you wish it to appear in the club roster. The club roster will include member names, telephone numbers and email addresses and will only be distributed to club members. All members and guests are required to follow the CLBC Code of Conduct 2026 fees for members will be $175.00 for the season. Our season will kick off in May. Each member must complete the 2026 CLBC WAIVER prior to play. Printable membership form and waiver below -
