What can I do to make sure Lawn Bowling is the safest sport in our area this season?
|
- 2021 Waiver form (before returning to play each bowling season)
- Declaration of Compliance (updated every time you visit the club)
- Note:
- Each member is responsible for maintaining a daily log of contacts and where they have been in case contact tracing becomes an issue
- You may wish to use the Ontario Self Assessment tool to track your symptoms before coming out to play
You may wish to download the Government of Canada Tracking App to your cell phone
Check these common signs and symptoms before coming out to play. If you have experienced any of these symptoms, you should self isolate immediately and contact your health care provider.

Safety is our primary concern.
If you are not ready to return to play, stay home, save lives and stay safe.
If you are ready to return to play, volunteers are needed to help with the extra routines required to meet the Covid Protocols (such as extra cleaning, set-up, return to play monitor, Waivers and Declaration forms, equipment management, sign-up sheets, etc.)
